About me

I have more than 11 years of hands on experience in agriculture and rural development. I have experience in local and foreign organizations (USDA MAP, SDC, ADA, WB, CARD, Heifer International, USAID etc.), where I have obtained project management, rural area economic /value chain development, agricultural business and Cooperative development skills. I have received rural, agricultural and veterinary trainings, participated in conferences and workshops in Armenia, Georgia, Israel, Estonia, Austria, Nepal, USA, Rwanda and Ukraine. For the last 5 years, I have directly worked with over 100 rural cooperatives, dairy, fruit and rural tourism related businesses and small startup businesses for youth and women. Among others, where I had crucial role in farmer mobilization, cooperative establishment, further capacity building, establishment of backward and forward linkages.
